1. Acceptance

By logging into or using the NMR-19 Eagles Portal (the "Portal"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. Who May Use the Portal

The Portal is restricted to members, officers, applicants, and authorized administrators of the Fraternal Order of Eagles — Philippine Eagles, Inc., Northern Mindanao Region 19. Access codes are issued by an authorized Superadmin or Region Admin and are personal to the individual they are issued to.

3. Your Access Code

• Keep your access code confidential. You are responsible for activity under your own login.
• If you believe your access code has been compromised, request a new one from your Club Officer or the Region immediately.
• We may disable any account for misuse, inactivity, or at the request of an authorized officer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Enter false financial, membership, or personal information.
• Access, alter, or attempt to access data outside your assigned role/club scope.
• Use the Portal to harass, defame, or share another member's personal data outside its intended purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its underlying systems.

5. Financial Records

Financial entries recorded in the Portal (Collections, Disbursements, Receivables, Payables, Beginning Balances, and published Reporting Periods) are the official books of record for the Club/Region entering them, subject to the approval workflow (Auditor and Governor/Club President sign-off) built into the Portal. Entering a transaction does not, by itself, create a payment obligation outside the Portal's own approval process.

6. No Warranty

The Portal is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any purpose beyond internal club/region administration. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, NMR-19 and its officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal. [Lawyer to confirm appropriate scope for a non-profit member association.]

8. Changes to the Portal or These Terms

We may update the Portal's features and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law
